How was your Easter and Spring?

Went poppy hunting this week

Happy Spring and belated Easter to those who celebrates it. I did, enjoy my most needed Spring hiatus, despite having a fallout with a family member that I cherished around Easter week. Our family, also celebrated two birthdays this past weekend which was a special blessing! How has your Spring been going?

The Golden Poppies are California's State Flower

One of my Aunts on my father's side who visited for Easter a family friend, and I went went to see the poppies blooming. We went poppy hunting and saw so many poppies as you can see in the animated photos on the very top of the page. It was so beautiful and extremely magical this year, due to all of the rain that zombie California received this past Winter season! We are excepting to get more rain this week.

Now, I need to finish up my other commission work of a blinkie for a family friend before this week is over. I have been creating during my Spring Hiatus on both Traditional/Analog and digital art.
