Forever 21 is CLOSING! The two stores of Forever 21 that I went to completely CLOSED DOWN this past April. There are a few opened stores left, that I have not gone/been to yet. This is not sponsor, however you can still buy a few items on Forever 21's website if you live in the United States.
Window shopping and actually shopping has been one of the many forms of creative brainstorming for my art. Growing up, my parents were very strict and conservative with their finance. My mom would take me, than eventually my little sisters, when they were big enough to go to the mall to look at clothes, there. Only, on special occasions she would buy clothes for us at the mall. We would buy clothes in Downtown Los Angeles from the distributors before it became trendy.
Do, to my strict upbringing shopping and going to the mall, it became my freedom for art inspiration. In the shopping video below↓, you can see whoever designed the items, were most likely inspired by going shopping, as well. I would love to go shopping with my
Grand Scorpio and both her and my mom would take me to sewing classes. The Grand Scorpio, grew up during the
Great Depression, I need to refresh on my sewing skills because of the
tariffs and all these stores closing down.
